Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Zakhir Electronic Wallet. By creating an account, accessing, or using Zakhir, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to any related policies made available through the application or website.

  1. About Zakhir

Zakhir is an electronic wallet service by SQUARE ONE MARKETING CO. Zakhir allows users to transfer funds, pay bills, and access other wallet services made available through the application.

  1. Eligibility and Registration

To use Zakhir, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Zakhir reserves the right to reject, suspend, or close any account where false, incomplete, or misleading information is provided.

  1. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your mobile device, PIN, password, OTP, and account details secure. If your phone is lost, your account is compromised, or you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify Zakhir support immediately through the official support channels. Zakhir will not be responsible for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.

  1. Nature of the Wallet

Zakhir is an electronic wallet and not a bank account. Funds held in the wallet are stored as electronic value, do not earn interest, and are subject to applicable laws, regulations, and transaction limits.

  1. Available Services

Zakhir services may include:

  • Transfers between users;
  • Bill and service payments;
  • Receiving funds through available channels;
  • Cash-in and cash-out through approved authorized agents; and
  • any other services introduced by zakhir from time to time.

Availability of any service may depend on regulatory approval, system availability, or user verification status.

  1. Fees and Charges

Applicable fees and charges for each service are displayed in the application or otherwise communicated before a transaction is completed. Zakhir reserves the right to update its fees and charges at any time, and any updated fees will apply once published through the application, website, or other official channels.

You agree to use Zakhir only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You must not use Zakhir for any illegal, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized activity, including any activity that violates the laws or regulations. Zakhir reserves the right to suspend transactions, block access, or close accounts where suspicious, prohibited, or unlawful activity is detected.

  • suspicious or prohibited activity is identified; or
  • such action is required by law, regulation, or a competent authority.

Zakhir may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published through the application, website, email, or other official communication channels. Your continued use of Zakhir after such changes take effect means that you accept the updated Terms & Conditions.

      13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Sudan. Any dispute arising from the use of Zakhir shall first be addressed amicably where possible. If no amicable resolution is reached, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts and authorities in Sudan.
